Jesus said, “You are the light of the world… let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father” (Matthew 5:14,16). Every disciple is called to shine the light of Christ. Going and sharing the good news is not just for a few, it is for every believer.
We share because Jesus has changed our lives. Sharing your faith is not about being perfect or having all the answers. It is about pointing people to the hope you have found in Him. The first disciples did not start with qualifications, they started by telling others what Jesus had done for them.
Sharing your faith is not only about moments of conversation but about relationships. Take time to build trust with people. Listen to them, care about their struggles, celebrate their joys, and be present in their lives. Often it is friendship that opens the door for the gospel more than anything else.
Alongside your personal witness, we also go on mission together as a church. By serving on a team you can take part in outreach, compassion, and mission both locally and globally. To see the opportunities available, visit the Serve Others page.
Going and sharing is not the end of discipleship. As you begin to live on mission, God may also call you to lead others. The next step is to Lead Like Jesus, helping to multiply disciples and raise up future leaders.
