At Gateway, leaders are called by God, formed through discipleship, affirmed by the church, and empowered by the Holy Spirit—“to equip God’s people to do His work and build up the church… until we all reach unity and maturity in Christ” (Ephesians 4:12–13). This is how we grow leaders who reflect Jesus and build His Church. It’s not just about leading—it’s about becoming more like Jesus as you do.

Formed To Lead
This is a season of being shaped by God from the inside out. In this 8-session course, you’ll explore the call to leadership, grow in Christlike character, and deepen your devotion to Jesus. Before we lead others, we let Him lead us.
Fruitful To Multiply
This is where leaders multiply what God has done in them—raising others, leading teams, and making a lasting impact. It’s not about doing more, but about multiplying influence and investing in others for the sake of the Kingdom.
