    This is a season of being shaped by God from the inside out. In this 8-session course, you’ll explore the call to leadership, grow in Christlike character, and deepen your devotion to Jesus. Before we lead others, we let Him lead us.

  • Focused To Build

    After completing Formed to Lead, you’ll be invited to meet with Pastor Luke for a one-to-one conversation. If you’re ready to begin leading, we’ll walk with you through a three-month supported journey where you can grow in confidence, receive personal input, and start leading in a team or ministry area.

    This is long-term leadership with greater responsibility and trust. You help raise others, build healthy teams, and carry part of the church’s vision. It’s about leading in a way that multiplies impact and invests in people.
